Following the same steps as Twitter, Meta recently let users get their Meta accounts (Facebook and Instagram) verified with a blue tick for $14.99 a month in the US.
Fees
Meta Verified will cost Rs 1,450/month on mobile devices and the same will cost Rs 1,099/month if subscribed from a web browser.
Same as the Twitter Blue subscription, Meta verified will add a blue checkmark to Instagram and Facebook accounts.
The program is in the beta phase, and interested users have to currently join the waiting list to get their accounts verified.

The Meta verified accounts, asides from the blue tick get additional features and capabilities like proactive protection, direct customer support, increased reach, and exclusive extras.

It is currently available in the United States, Australia and New Zealand for people 18 years or older and is not yet available in all places or for businesses.
Who are eligible
Meta verified is not available for businesses and people younger than 18 years old.
Users with either a public or private profile can get their account with minimum activity can get their account verified
one also needs to submit a govt ID with a matching name and picture as a verification document.
How to apply
Visit www.about.meta.com/technologies/meta-verified
Click on Facebook or Instagram and log in
Click on ‘Join the waiting list’
You will get an email once your account is ready for verification.
Process
Those who have been selected from the waitlist must take the following steps:
Select a profile
Go to ‘Settings’ on Instagram or Facebook. Click ‘Accounts Center’, then ‘Meta Verified’. If it’s available for your account, you will see ‘Meta Verified available’ under your name and profile photo.
Set up payment
Select your preferred payment method for your monthly payment.
Provide ID and selfie video
Complete the verification process and provide a government-issued photo ID and seflie video to confirm your identity before being approved for a Meta Verified subscription.
Verification
The ID must match the profile name and photo of the Instagram or Facebook account you’re applying for.
Once your profile is verified, you can’t change the profile name, username, date of birth, or photo on your profile without going through the Meta Verified subscription and verification application process again
Separate subscriptions
To use Meta Verified on both Instagram and Facebook, you must subscribe on each app separately
